Solid Waste Coordinator discusses Waste Tire Amnesty

Garrard County Solid Waste Coordinator Chris Thomason was interviewed by Channel 36 news Sept. 28th, discussing Waste Tire Amnesty and the fact that the state government is taking funds from this program and using them for unintended purposes.
