Garrard officials working on tire legislation

FRANKFORT — "When it comes to handling the problem of waste tires in Kentucky, some solid waste coordinators say state efforts are top-heavy and irresponsible with taxpayers’ money.

Now Garrard County officials are working on legislation to clean up excessive administrative spending and get grant funding for programs like tire amnesties firing on all cylinders again..."
