HOME OF THE ANNUAL GARRARD COUNTY ANTI-LITTER/BEAUTIFICATION CAMPAIGN AND PARTY ON THE SQUARE. THE CAMPAIGN STARTS MAY 1ST OF EACH YEAR AND ENDS THE THIRD FRIDAY IN JUNE with The party on the Square in downtown Lancaster, thanking everyone who participated in the campaign. We celebrate with live entertainment, dancing, food, games, prizes, and give-a-ways. Everything is free. All we ask is that our guests bring a lawn chair and invite a friend.
