Earth Day Festival 2010

April 17th was the Fifth Annual Garrard County Earth Day Festival. Solid Waste Management and the Solid Waste Committee enjoyed a beautiful day at The County Fair Grounds, being a part of this activity; and we're pleased to say we have actively participated each year. (sponsored by T.E.A.C.H.).
